The accommodation price does not include the tourist tax.
Advance payment is required when booking two or more rooms, the advance payment must be made within three days and is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation.

The Hotel offers early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee.

Accommodation with pets is possible only upon prior request via the Hotel reception phone and is allowed only in certain rooms of the Hotel.

Pets up to 15 kg are allowed: small breed cats and non-fighting breed dogs. Other pets are prohibited.

A maximum of two pets are allowed in the room. The cost of one pet is 750 UAH per day.
